Dave Derrick Jr., who previously worked on Disney’s Strange World and contributed to the original Moana and Encanto art department, will be directing this thrilling sequel. The film promises to deliver captivating original songs, thanks to the talents of Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear, Grammy winners known for their work on the Unofficial Bridgerton Musical. They’ll collaborate with Mark Mancina and Opetaia Foa’i to create a mesmerizing soundtrack. Lin-Manuel Miranda, who worked on the music for the first film, won’t return for the sequel.
